We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role is essential to our growth, focusing on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, expanding our client portfolio, and establishing our agency as a trusted staffing partner within the financial services and fintech sectors.
### Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients in financial services and fintech sectors, including wealth management firms, investment banks, and fintech startups.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline through cold calling, social selling, email outreach, and networking.
2. Client Outreach and Relationship Building
- Connect with decision-makers (e.g., hiring managers, VPs) to understand their staffing needs.

3. Consultative Sales and Negotiation
- Present our services, highlighting key value propositions.

### Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally in staffing, financial services, or fintech industries.
