Description
SAIC is seeking a DCO Intelligence Integration Analyst to support the Cybercom Team onsite at Fort Meade in Maryland.
The Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) Intelligence Integration Analyst fuses cyber threat and DODIN vulnerability information with the JOC’s tracking and reporting of DCO and related activities. The analyst collaborates across the JOC functional teams to understand both the operational and intelligence pictures, providing the Battle Watch Team with critical assessment and analysis of DCO missions across the Cyber Mission Force (CMF). The analyst evaluates information originating from both classified and unclassified sources for incorporating into ongoing DCO.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
· Review intelligence products and provide threat analyses related to ongoing DCO activities.
· Conduct analysis of cyberspace domain and targets related to ongoing DCO.
· Review cyber threat information and correlate to DODIN vulnerabilities.
· Provide cyber threat indications and warnings to support proactive DCO.
· Provide defense mitigation recommendations and risk assessments to the Battle Captain in accordance with current operational priorities.
· Coordinate with USCYBERCOM Component Commands and the Intelligence Community for the review of relevant open source cyber threat reporting, signals intelligence, and cyber operational reporting.
· Partners (e.g. JFHQ-DODIN, J36 GMEC, NSA) as required on significant activity reports, malware analysis requests, and requests for support from organizations external to the JOC.
· Review identified indicators of compromise and support supplemental analysis to determine attribution and subsequent effects to DOD.
· Develop information requirements necessary to resolve cyberspace vulnerability or threat-related questions.
· Conduct research, develop analytical products, and brief leadership with critical information for decision making.
· Monitor major cyber events and update products with current and relevant information.
· Provide support in the response, mitigation, and reporting of cyber incidents, malware indicators of compromise submitted to USCYBERCOM through various unclassified channels.
Qualifications
Requirements:
· Minimum six years of experience as a Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst or a related functional area.
· Minimum of High School Diploma.
· Preferred post-high school training via certificate program or military training in intelligence, cybersecurity, operational analysis, or related area.
Required Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
