As a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, you will develop and implement innovative digital marketing tactics that align with our branding, sales, and profitability goals. Your role will involve understanding our target audience and crafting eCommerce strategies to enhance customer engagement. Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and remote assistants, you will lead the creation of creative designs, marketing campaigns, and performance assessments.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for running digital marketing campaigns that attract new customers, engage existing ones, showcase products, and improve the online user journey. Your tasks will include producing compelling digital content and managing regular email, SMS, and digital advertising campaigns. Compensation:
Base salary of $65,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities:
Own, oversee, and execute email and SMS marketing strategies and campaigns, including planning, implementation, managing subscriber databases, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance.
Run social media advertising (e.g., Facebook) and search engine advertising (e.g., Google) campaigns, contributing significantly to the creative production of assets like online ads, videos, and graphics.
Utilize analytics to drive future campaigns, optimize advertising spend, and improve conversion rates.
Manage the corporate website and SEO efforts, including occasional updates and a focus on conversion rate optimization and increasing organic search engine rankings.
Build and manage relationships with influencer and affiliate partners, coordinating with the marketing team for impactful influencer campaigns.
Provide comprehensive reporting and data analysis, offering insights and actionable next steps that align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of eCommerce and marketing technologies, such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Lifetimely, Yotpo, and Google Analytics, is highly desired.
Experience as an influencer across multiple social media channels.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing projects within digital marketing environments is required.
Experience as an individual contributor and in leading local or virtual teams is preferred.
A passion for professional sports, teams, and athletes is a plus!
