Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Remote Travel Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll assist clients in planning their dream vacations by offering outstanding customer service and tailored travel advice. Whether you're starting your career or exploring the travel industry for the first time, this is a fantastic chance to grow and make a difference.

What You'll Do

Help clients plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Research and recommend destinations, itineraries, and travel options that align with clients' preferences.
Stay informed about industry trends, travel policies, and regulations.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and bookings.
Collaborate with senior agents and teammates to ensure seamless client experiences.

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in travel, hospitality, or a related field is a bonus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for travel and a curiosity about different cultures and destinations.
Proficiency with computers and basic software tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
